The Beanpod Product Program

Our Beanpod Candle Program allows individuals and organizations to raise funds by selling these high quality, environmentally friendly, deliciously fragrant candles. To get started all you need is: (1) our Beanpod Product Program Brochure, (2) our Beanpod Candle Program Order Form, (3) our Beanpod Order Summary Form and (4) the desire to share these incredible candles with your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc.

How the program works and what you need to know, do and consider:

  • We do not provide samples. However, you may want to consider purchasing some candles, beads and melters to use as samples or for display purposes.
  • Explain the products and show your samples to potential purchasers.
  • Take orders using the Program Order Form and collect the appropriate monies from purchasers.
  • Collect orders totaling at least $500 and combine them on the Beanpod Order Summary Form. If your orders do not total at least $500, we will not be able to provide you with the discount prices set forth in the Beanpod Product Program Brochure.
  • Send the Beanpod Order Summary Form to us along with your payment (the payment must be made by way of a single check for the total amount or a charge to your credit card)
  • Upon receipt of your order and payment in full, we will process your information and ship the products to you for distribution to your purchasers. This usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
